Ophelie Kerckhove is a Principal, External Investigations in the Office of the Chief Compliance Officer. Ophelie conducts investigations on allegations of fraud, corruption and other types of prohibited practices against Bank counterparties in relation to Bank-financed projects, including public sector procurement.

Prior to joining the EBRD, Ophélie was an investigator and a regional team lead, conducting investigations on staff members and external counterparties for other international organisations. Ophélie is a qualified attorney in Canada (Québec).
